Program Offerings

IT FUNDAMENTALS TRAINING

Participants will have the opportunity to receive training for the CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ Certification, which can lead to positions in Data Entry, Technical Support, Networking and Security. Prior experience in Information Technology is not required, but applicants must have a strong desire to work toward industry-recognized certifications.

EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS COACHING

An understanding of concepts such as resume building, interview preparation, appropriate dress and workplace etiquette are imperative to any employment search. TechCareers’ coaching ensures participants are prepared to meet with potential employers and ace the interview!

INTENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT

Our program is individualized to suit the needs of traditionally underserved populations. We work with participants to develop an Individualized Goal Plan and offer support every step of the way.

CAREER PLACEMENT & SEARCH ASSISTANCE

We work with local employers to learn more about the industry landscape and provide our participants with usable job seeking information. When possible, we match participants with our employer partners’ job openings.
